FRADIAVOLO

Fradiavolo brings the heart of contemporary Italian pizza to Monaco: fast-casual, high-quality, and design-forward.
Born from a love of artisanal pizza and modern hospitality, Fradiavolo offers a welcoming space where fresh dough, inventive toppings, and sleek interiors come together.

Eat pizza. Make love. is more than a slogan—it’s our philosophy as we invite you to enjoy pizza that’s creative, communal, and unapologetically Italian.

THE ORIGIN

Founded in 2018 by Mauro D’Errico and Gianluca Lotta in Genoa, Fradiavolo quickly scaled up through innovative pizza-making and smart operations. Within two years, it was listed among the world’s top 20 pizza chains in the “50 Top Pizza” ranking .

Since 2022 the brand expands rapidly—blending artisanal craftsmanship with digital precision while staying true to its Made‑in‑Italy roots . Today, Fradiavolo is entering Riccardo Giraudi’s portfolio to bring scalable, creative pizza experiences to vibrant city centers.

THE ARCHITECTURE

The design of Fradiavolo is as carefully crafted as our pizzas, blending raw, industrial elements with warm Italian touches to create an inviting, contemporary space.

Polished concrete floors, exposed steel, and reclaimed wood provide a clean, minimalist backdrop, while subtle vintage accents and open shelving hint at the comforting chaos of an old-school trattoria. The centerpiece is our open kitchen and pizza oven, which place the food and its preparation at the heart of the experience.

The result is a space that feels both urban and authentic, echoing the bold, modern identity of Fradiavolo itself.

THE FOOD

At Fradiavolo, pizza is elevated to an artisanal experience. We offer four signature doughs: classic, wholegrain, gluten-friendly, and black charcoal, all made from high-quality Italian flours and left to rise slowly for superior flavor and digestibility.

Each pizza is a balance of tradition and creativity, topped with carefully sourced ingredients like San Marzano tomatoes, fior di latte, spicy ‘nduja, and fresh vegetables.

From timeless margheritas to bold modern combinations, every recipe is designed to respect Italian roots while surprising your palate.
