I love to explore and always create new concepts.

After joining the family business in the beginning of the 2000s, Riccardo Giraudi decided to explore a new realm, and became a creative restaurateur. In 2005, his very first restaurant – Beefbar – opened in Monaco, which was and still is a bit, and gave its creator an appetite for the restaurant business.

Then followed other cleverly thought-out and unique concepts, Michelin stars and a “Restaurateur of the year” award.
