In the 2000s, Riccardo Giraudi gave a new impulse to the family business by choosing to work with exclusive meats. As he became a leader in the import of American Black Angus beef, he expanded into Australian beef and Japanese Kobe beef.


Designed by architects Humbert & Poyet as an addition to any Beefbar restaurant, our Butcher Shop’s meat cellars are in fact made of thick black marble, brass and glass. An elegant, exquisite and exlcusive showcase.
