In the 2000s, Riccardo Giraudi gave a new impulse to the family business by electing to work with exclusive meats. Whilst becoming a leader in the import of American Black Angus beef, he expanded into Australian beef and Japanese Kobe beef.


Designed by architects Humbert & Poyet as an addition to any Beefbar restaurnt, our Butcher Shop’s meat cellars are actually made of thick black marble, brass and glass. An elegant, exquisite and exlcusive showcase.


Black Angus from the United States and Australia, Wagyu from the United States and Australia, exclusive Wagyu from Japan including the iconic Kobe beef are all presented in the Beefbar Butcher Shop.
