THE ORIGIN

Launched in 2023, Smashie was created to bring the bold, playful energy of American smash burgers to a new generation of food lovers. The first location opened in Catania, quickly followed by others across Italy. Now, the brand is expanding beyond Italy—and Monaco will be the first international location, opened by Riccardo Giraudi. Known for his innovative food concepts and premium casual expertise, Giraudi brings American indulgence, and a fast-casual experience designed for today’s urban lifestyle in Monaco.

THE ARCHITECTURE

At Smashie, we pride ourselves on delivering smash burgers with that signature caramelized crust, pressed hot and crispy on the griddle, and always packed with juicy goodness. Smashie interiors channel the classic American diner through a contemporary lens : warm wood slats, bold brand colors, and open sightlines that showcase the burger‑smashing process. The layout includes seating options ranging from communal tables to cozy high-top spots, complemented by digital kiosks for a seamless, autonomous experience.
