About Pizz'aria Monaco

It all starts in Italy, during the rigorous and meticulous preparation of the dough. Mixture of 3 wheat flours, each dough rises for 48 hours, is kneaded by hand with unique know-how to create our air bubbles. This key step will ensure proper digestion of the pizza.

Each dough is then baked for 2 minutes in an innovative wood-fired oven where the combustion and the wood chamber are separated. This is where the magic happens.
