Everything started more than a decade ago, when Riccardo Giraudi opened his first restaurant, Beefbar, in Monaco. Since that day, he never stopped creating to offer new restaurant concepts in the fast changing hospitality scene all around the world.

From concept & culinary development to architecture, menus and restaurant management consultant, Riccardo Giraudi always focuses on what people love:  great food and quality service in a great restaurant. These elements are key in the conception.

Fine dining, casual dining, table service, fast casual, Riccardo Giraudi builds different types of restaurants –luxury, casual dining, fast casual-. To do so, he rigorously follows consumer trends but always lets his creativity speak. By associating both, he innovates to offer something new, and create an environment & a dining experience focused on hospitality and quality.

Our luxury restaurant concepts are timeless yet modern through their architecture & food. Our more casual dining concepts offer good food in a chilled atmosphere, and our fast casual restaurants are synonymous of gourmet quick service.
