Riccardo Giraudi imagined Moshi Moshi in 2016. His fondness for Japanese cuisine and culture made this concept a very obvious one to create. Small and intimate, this sushi bar merges traditional Japanese cuisine and Mediterranean produce, with a twist that everyone will love.


Moshi Moshi offers an ultra-exclusive, dining experience that is meticulously curated by the chef. The restaurant welcomes its guests in a Japanese-inspired decor.
Soft tones, dim lights and the open sushi bar bring warmth to the location and contrast with the shades of pink and rose gold and white marble.


Classics of the Japanese cuisine are featured on the menu: seaweed salad, ramen, nigiri, gyozas .. But what really stand out are the creative and surprising Moshi Moshi rolls.
Imagine a spicy salmon tartare roll with red chili and unagi sauce, a crab roll topped with yuzu cream and avocado, or a yellowtail roll with shiso, ginger and ponzu.
